So, raise your glass and make a toast, celebrate and don’t think about diets or carbs, these cocktails will not ruin your keto vibes. Drink responsibly and host a cocktail party to remember!

Keto Hot Butter Rum
½ cup butter
½ cup granulated Erythritol
1 ½ tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ cup heavy cream
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
tsp ground cloves
60 ml Rum
1 cup water
Keto Strawberry Basil Bourbon Crash
6 strawberries, frozen
6 basil leaves (optional for extra serving)
2 tsp powdered Erythritol
120 ml bourbon
60 ml fresh lemon juice
1 pinch of ground black pepper
Keto Berry Cooler
½ cup cranberries (optionally extra for garnish)
4 tsp powdered Erythritol
60 ml dry gin
4 lemon wedges
2 tbsp lemon juice
120 ml Prosecco

Use a mixer to cream together butter, granulated sweetener, sugar-free maple syrup and vanilla until light and fluffy.

Pour the heavy cream, nutmeg, cinnamon, and clove in a bowl.

Mix on low speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Heat the water and mix it with rum. Pour into two glasses and top with 3 tablespoons of butter mix.

Process the strawberries with the Erythritol and lemon juice in a blender, to get a creamy mix.

Pour it into a shaker and add basil.

Add bourbon and pepper, and fill the shaker with ice. Shake to mix well.

Garnish with extra basil leaves and serve.

Keto Berry Cooler

Fill two glasses with ice. Mix cranberries, Erythritol, gin, lemon wedges, and juice in a cocktail shaker.

Muddle until lemons and cranberries are crushed and have released all their juices.

Strain over the ice.

Top with Prosecco and garnish with extra cranberries and lemon wedges.
