16 mini chipolata sausages
8 slices of apple wood smoked bacon
1 piece Camembert cheese (300-350g)
1 tsp dried or fresh rosemary to garnish (optional)

Preheat the oven to 180°C /360°F. Cut the bacon slices in half. Wrap a piece of bacon around chipolata sausages. Repeat for every single piece.

Place on a lined baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and slightly crispy.

15 minutes before you take the bacon-wrapped sausages out of the oven, put the Camembert cheese in a small baking pot, then place in the same lined pan next to the bacon-wrapped sausages and bake for 12-15 minutes all together.
