This keto coconut porridge is a heavenly, coconutty take on a classic, all-time favourite and it’s guaranteed to not mess with your keto diet. You can also top it with berries or any low-carb seasonal fruit you have available.
Mix together the eggs, coconut flour, and salt.
In a pot, heat the butter and coconut cream. Gradually add the egg mixture, stirring to get a creamy consistency.
