This Keto Chili is delicious, rich in nutrients, and will make you feel full for hours. We choose to serve it in a mug, so you can eat it on your sofa while you're watching your favorite TV show. Feel free to make it as spicy as you wish and think about making a large batch, so you can take it to work or even freeze it. Use microwave friendly bowls and store it up for several days.

 450 g minced beef
 2 red peppers
 3 tsp garlic
 1 medium sized onion
 1 tsp avocado oil
 1 tsp butter
 2 cups crushed tomatoes
 1 tsp cumin
 1 tsp mild chili
 1 tsp paprika
 ½ cup sour cream
 1 cup water
 1 avocado

Chop peppers, dice onions and mince the garlic.


Heat the oil and the butter in a deep pot and sauté the minced meat for 5-7 minutes, occasionally stirring to break up any lumps. Add the chopped peppers, onions, and garlic to the meat. Season with salt, cumin, chili, and paprika. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.


Pour the crushed tomatoes and add water. Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.


Serve the chili in mugs. Drizzle with sour cream and garnish with avocado slices.
