Doing Keto for Christmas is everything but boring! Instead of turkey classic, this year, we decided you make something simple, creamy, and nourishing. This Keto Chicken Mushroom stew is a simple dish, with high nutritional value. Garlic and parsley cut through the richness of the creamy sauce, making this dish a perfect comfort food. We suggest making a big bowl of mixed green salad on the side, for an ideal balance. It only takes 25 minutes to make, which leaves you more time for prepping up for your Christmas party!

 1 chicken breast, sliced into strips
 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  cup heavy cream
 ½ cup onions, chopped
 ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
 1 clove garlic, minced
 ¼ cup parsley, chopped
 2 tbsp butter or ghee
 ½ tsp salt
  tsp black pepper
  tsp chili flakes

In a saucepan, heat the butter and sauté the onion with chicken and mushrooms for 10-15 minutes. Season with salt, black pepper, and chili flakes.

Add parsley and minced garlic, stir and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add heavy cream and cook until the sauce thickens for about 3-5 minutes.

Lastly, add parmesan and mix well. Serve warm.
